Helping women win is my passion. I’m the recipient of a Stevie Award for Women in Business for “Coach of the Year” and the author of “Get Gutsy.” After spending my early career as a public relations executive and conference producer elevating the message of the biggest brands, thought leaders, and companies in the world, I followed a nudge to sign up for yoga teacher training. This life-changing decision led me to discover my calling as a coach. The Berkshires of Massachusetts is home. Yoga, green tea, sunny days, travel, amazing stories, and cheering on my 3 kids with my husband are some of my big loves.

SHATTR members are accomplished female leaders with 3+ years of people and/or project management experience who desire to move into executive levels of leadership. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply!

The SHATTR experience begins when you are assigned to a cohort and an Executive Coach. Your cohort convenes monthly in 90-minute sessions over the year. Cohort members also meet 1:1 between sessions to learn from and support each other.
If you choose the SHATTR + package, you and your executive coach will schedule five 1:1 coaching sessions at a mutually convenient time.
As a member of the SHATTR Network, you have access to and are encouraged to engage with all the resources and women In our community. And our SHATTR App makes it easy to stay connected when you’re on the go!

A cohort is a group of 10-12 women who convene monthly with their Executive Coach and remain together throughout the year. This shared journey often fosters friendships and a supportive network that lasts a lifetime.
Each cohort is intentionally matched to optimize the experience for all. We aim to blend diverse industries, perspectives, backgrounds, and skill sets within each group, enriching the collective learning and growth experience.
Our goal is to create cohorts that not only offer a tailored and enriching learning experience but also ensure a transparent environment where participants can grow and thrive. Our commitment to this process reflects our dedication to providing the best possible experience for each participant.
